Brandscope CSV Matching PDF (optional)

The CSV supplies variant facts. The PDF checks order identity, totals and deliveries. Original files are retained securely by KR°OS.

Uploading starts draft creation in the connected store. Existing SKUs are skipped. Suitable collections are reused or created unpublished. Stock starts at zero.

This editor preserves the earlier manual workflow. It is not required for draft-first uploads.

Store and price confirmation

These values apply when saving each product review. Approval covers that product's saved values. The upload and create-drafts buttons send Shopify requests; these optional editing controls only save local values.

I confirm UnitPrice is the tax-exclusive unit cost. I reviewed the source facts and want RRP used as the selling price. KR°OS will be the sole product creator during this import.

Ordered units are delivery records. Initial Shopify stock stays zero. Barcodes are optional for incoming stock. Leave them blank and add them in Shopify when stock arrives. Any barcode entered here requires supplier evidence.
